Church to Market Strategy

1 - Establish Church Partnership

We believe that theological, ecclesial, and missional alignment are key to success. All our church partners must be likeminded and affirm the The Gospel Coalition’s foundational documents.

2 - Conduct Market Analysis

We conduct a business landscape and surrounding market analysis of the desired city. With the research, we identify a viable business solution that will serve the church and meet our 5R model.

3 - Identify Feasible Real Estate

Once the business solution has been identified, we look for real estate that will be both optimal for the business and for the church to use the space on Sunday. 

4 - Raise Investment Capital

Alongside our church partner, we activate both RC’s investment network and existing local church partners to acquire the funds needed to launch the business. This is not a traditional church ‘capital campaign’, we are selling investments. 

5 - Launch Business and Church in Space

After construction or renovation is complete, we launch the business and the church begins meeting in the space. Over time, the business will generate enough revenue to support the church financially as well as future RC locations.
